Increase Jump Height -
Increasing muscular strength is the most effective way to increase jump height, however increasing a muscle’s strength alone is not sufficient in increasing jump performance. In theory, in order to increase your jump height by strengthening your muscles, the neural control of your muscles must also be modified.
